Heat protection is so essential for hair health! I use heat 2 to 3 times per week, and my hair is in good health! I want to show you, my favorite heat protectors. I have very long hair, and these products are excellent. They help me achieve my bouncy curls and hairstyles.

I love how light the Olaplex no 9 is. I can’t pick which one is my favorite! The Redken Acidic Perfecting Concentrate works to keep the frizz away and protect my hair from heat. I have very thick hair that can handle more heat and use than people with more delicate hair. It’s important to note that heat will depend on how much your hair can take and the heat settings. You don’t want to use high heat if you have fine color-treated hair. You want to lower the heat. You don’t need a higher heat to achieve a hairstyle. Increasing the heat will cause more damage, and it will eventually cause hair breakage, which is why it may be harder for some to achieve longer lengths. Routine hair detoxes will help remove product build-up. Hair product build-up can make it hard to hold a hairstyle. If you’re doing hair detoxes every two weeks to remove product build-up, your hair should be able to hold a style better without needing higher heat for your finer hair.
