- 46 oz water for noodles
- 2 tsp dashi powder
- 4 tbsp miso
- 2 bundles wheat noodles
- 1/4 cup green onions
- 48 oz water for broth
Bring water to a boil and add noodles.
Cook for 3 minutes, then drain and place in a bowl.
Bring water to a boil and add dashi and miso.
Simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.
Add noodles back in and serve with green onions.
