Ingredients
  

  • 46 oz water for noodles
  • 2 tsp dashi powder
  • 4 tbsp miso
  • 2 bundles wheat noodles
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 48 oz water for broth

Instructions
 

  • Bring water to a boil and add noodles.
  • Cook for 3 minutes, then drain and place in a bowl.
  • Bring water to a boil and add dashi and miso.
  • Simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.
  • Add noodles back in and serve with green onions.
