This is my 2 year postpartum health journey progress. I love trying new healthy recipes that keep me full to stay on track of my goals.
Ginger tea helps increase fat burning production, increases breakdown of fats for energy, helps control appetite and more!
1-2 inches ginger root handful mint ~48 oz water
I prefer to peel the ginger root before I slice it into thin slices. My isister likes to peel the root instead of slicing.

I slice the ginger root very thin before adding it to the boiling water. It is easy to strain after it's done boiling.

I add the ginger root and boil it for 15 minutes alone before adding the mint.

I add the mint after the ginger boils for 15 minutes and In turn off the stove. I let it steep for 5 minutes.

I strain the tea with a small strainer over a mason jar where I store for a few days.

I drink this ginger mint tea every night and have noticed more shaping in my abdomen paired with my running and nutrient rich diet.
