This is my 2 year postpartum health journey progress. I love trying new healthy recipes that keep me full to stay on track of my goals.
Add choice of greens in a bowl. We use the spring mix for this salad.

Slice the red cabbage, carrots, and purple onion to add to the salad. You want to add the rainbow to your meals. :)
