Cinnamon helps reduce sweet cravings, may help suppress appetite, regulates blood sugar levels, and some studies show it may boost metabolism. This tea is also anti inflammatory and can help with stomach discomfort post festivities.

5 apples ~36-48 oz water 2 cinnamon sticks

Peel the apples and remove the core. Any red apples will work for this holiday tea.

Add the peels and the core to boiling water.

Add cinnamon sticks to the water with the apple peels and simmer for 15 minutes.

Strain the tea after it simmers and then pour in a mason jar.
