Avoid tight hairstyles or the same updo tied in the same place. Always switch position to prevent breakage.

AVOID

Always use heat protector and lower the heat. This Kenra Blow Dry Spray is my favorite heat protector.

HEAT

Avoid coloring your hair more frequent than every 12 weeks. Also avoid bleach or don't go lighter than 3 shades.
