Healthy Breakfast 

ingredients

 1/3 cup rolled oats 2/3 cups milk of choice 4 medium strawberries 2 tablespoons unsweetened cacao 1 tablespoon sugar of choice 296 calories

This is my 2 year postpartum health journey progress. I love trying new healthy recipes that keep me full to stay on track of my goals.

Add oats and milk in a bowl. I microwave my rolled out for 1 minute 15 seconds. You can use more or less milk depending on your preferred consistency.

Add cacao and sugar and mix well. I prefer coconut sugar for my sweetener.

Slice the strawberries and serve on top of the oatmeal. No refrigeration needed!
