You'll need: 1 Salmon filet mayonnaise or low-fat yogurt 1cup Japanese bread crumbs or corn flake crumbs 2 cups jasmine rice 1 cup water Spicy mayo Salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids linked to hair growth! This recipe is so easy and it doesn't taste fishy! Let's work on hair health from the inside out. :)
Start by cutting the salmon (without skin) into small pieces. They don't have to be perfect!

Add mayonnaise in a bowl and toss the salmon pieces around until fully covered.

Roll the salmon in the Japanese bread crumbs until they are fully covered. You can also use corn flake crumbs. Then place them on a baking sheet.

Place them in the oven at 400 degreed for 13-15 minutes.

Boil 3 cups of water with 2 cups of jasmine rice. Add a pinch of salt. Once the water is at a boil reduce the heat to low.

Serve with preferred sauce or dip. Our family loves spicy mayo!
