Finely chop the onion and the garlic cloves. They will be blended eventually so don't worry about presentation.

Add chopped onion and garlic and cook. Stir and cook until translucent (6 or so minutes). Stir in Chili flakes and cook for one more minute.

Transfer to blender, add broth and blend until smooth. Pour back into pan.

Pour first can of undrained chickpeas and blend then pour second cup and blend until smooth. Add to pan and stir.

Simmer soup over stove for 5 minutes so flavors blend. Enjoy this delicious creamy soup for hair growth!
