Start with using a black eyeliner on your inner eye. Continue on with a thin pen eyeliner for the wing.
Draw a second line slightly slanted line and fill it in. It won't look perfect until you add the eyelash glue eyeliner to the eyelid area that connects it all.
For the inner corners you want to draw the top line first and go past your eye just slightly. Then draw the bottom line to connect the corners.
Apply the eyelash eyeliner glue down across your eyelash line. If you prefer traditional eyelash glue then use the regular pen eyeliner to go across your eyelash line.
This is such the easiest way I create the siren eyes. I came up wit these steps after playing around for a few days. It makes your eyes look bigger!
