haircare routine

I oil my scalp 2-3 times per week pre shower and wash off. Dermatologist don't recommend sleeping with oil on scalp overnight.

3 oils I alternate: Mielle Rosemary Mint oil, Camel Glow Hair OIl, Haitian Black Castor Oil.

I shampoo 2-3 times per week. If you do a hair dusting and use lower heat ceramic hair tools you'll see a bigger  difference than any shampoo can give you!

I'm currently using Moroccanoil Hydrating Shampoo and conditioner and Loreal Ever Pure Glossing shampoo and conditioner

I use a deep conditioner once a week since I'm using more heat for hair content.

I'm currenltly using RawSugar Healing Power, Moroccaloil Instense Hydrating Mask.

I detox every 2 weeks to remove hair product buildup. Don't skip this step!

The Biolage Clean Reset is the most gentle detox shampoo, Nexxus Clean & Pure shampoo and scalp scrub is another favorite, lastly Ouai Detox Shampoo.

I oil my ends everyday. These are my go to hair oils depending how my hair is feeling. If I could only pick one it would be the Gisou oil.

I use heat 2-3 times per week. Keep in mind I have thick hair that can handle more than others. I don't recommend this much heat for finer hair.

I use the Proclaim Glossing Polish, Olaplex no 7 or the Redken acidic perfecting cream for heat protection. I recently tried and loved the Kenra Blow Dry Spray.

I use this Kerastase 8hr  Magic Night Serum every night. A little goes a long way. I feel this is just a nice to have for normal hair but more needed if you have damaged hair.
