I made a small mindset shift change that changed how I viewed every meal decision and ended the never-ending I’ll start next week or next month. I now view every meal as a new start—a new choice, whether good or bad. Whenever I want to eat something that’s not as healthy, I eat it in smaller portions. And I keep in my mind that it’s a single decision. Before this, I used to think, oh well, I had XXXX, and I’ll eat healthier tomorrow. It’s so fascinating to me how powerful our mind is! As small as this change is, it has made a big difference for me.
