This is my 2 year postpartum health journey progress. I love trying new healthy recipes that keep me full to stay on track of my goals.
I love love the Kodiak protein pancake mix. I used to eat them almost every morning. Just add water!

Add banana slices around the pancake and add a second row at the bottom for the beard.

Slice strawberries in half and use them to shape the Santa hat. Add a mini marshmallow to complete the hat.

Serve with pure maple syrup or yogurt and enjoy! The kids and you can enjoy healthy holiday recipes!
