I'm adding more of my go-to healthy foods that have helped me lose weight, keep it off, and stay fueled!
Cut chicken breast into chunks. Add salt and pepper. Drizzle avocado oil on pan in medium heat until fully cooked.

Add extra virgin olive oil and garlic salt. Air dry the sweet potato in air fryer at 400 degrees for 20-22 minutes. You may also bake them. Add buffalo sauce to chicken.

Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, fresh chives, fresh parsley, garlic, olive oil, paprika,salt, pepper, and milk to the blender and blend until smooth. You may also buy your preferred healthier ranch dressing.

Add the sweet potato fries, chicken in a bowl and serve with your choice of ramch dressing!
