I cup spinach 1/2-1 banana depending on how sweet you want it 1 cup oat milk or milk or choice 3-5 ice cubes
This is my 2 year postpartum health journey progress. I love trying new healthy recipes that keep me full to stay on track of my goals.
I'm adding more of my go-to healthy foods that have helped me lose weight, keep it off, and stay fueled!
Add spinach to blender cup. I usually buy the baby spinach because it makes it easier to wash and prep salads too.
1
Add milk of choice. I used oat milk here but I recently tried it with coconut milk and its even more delicious!
2
Add 1-2 banana. I used about 2/3 because I like it sweeter. Sometimes I use frozen banana and skip the next step.
3
Add ice cubes unless you used frozen banana. I find it taste better colder and a little icey.

Serve and enjoy! This is a great way to eat your greens for those that aren't fans like me. Even my toddler loves this green juice!

My daughter loves this green juice and it's my best shot at her eating her greens. Leafy greens are great for energy too. I drink this almost everyday. Enjoy!
